Every intention sets energy into motion --- Your intentions create the reality that you experience. Until you become aware of this, it happens unconsciously. Therefore, be mindful of what you project. That is the first step toward authentic power.

At the beginning of every treatment session, I will ask you "What is your intention for the session?" What would you like to have happen in the next hour? What are you ready to let go of or release? What changes are you ready to make? If a magic wand could be waved, what would you deepest desires reveal? What we term as miracles happen every day. We need to be open to the experience that will allow us to express the most loving and kind nature possible, free of anxiety and pain. It may seem challenging to be loving from moment to moment, but it is a goal that is attainable.
Our intention may be physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. For example, we may suffer from headaches, back pain, injury or disease. We may have relationships in our lives that do not serve us, memories of past relationships that went sour and which we cannot forget. Is this the right time to finally let go of that pain? A spiritual goal may be to be more open to the Divine. Let us expand our thinking and let go of our limiting ideas.
Adding emotional strength to our positive intention will make it more real for us. Stating our intention as an affirmation is empowering. For example, I am relaxed, I am now healthy and enthusiastic about life. The importance of using our own words cannot be understated. Indeed, we are powerful creators, magnificent beings.
After saying or thinking of your intention, put your mind on pleasant thoughts. Visualize walking by the beach, enjoying the sun. Let your mind conjure up a happy scenario. Allow your body to relax, take a deep breath or two. Feel peace within your heart center. As you inhale, know you breathe in wonderful energy; as you exhale give thanks for the life force.
You are in a very safe space, you may sleep or drift off into a dream state or you may be very aware of the sounds in the room. I honor your intention and respect you for choosing these moments to become more balanced, more open and more aware.
